Valley Local Outreach offers opportunities for attenders to serve our community and share the grace and mercy of God alongside our partners. Valley's partners focus on inner-city missions, food care, tutoring, at-risk youth, foster families, anti-trafficking, schools, children, women's centers and more. OUR PARTNERS
Foster Care and Adoption Ministry
Thanks to our partnership with Fostering Hope, Valley launched a Foster Care and Adoptive Ministry in April 2023. The ministry will help kids in need in our communities by providing support and encouragement to Foster Care and Adopting parents.
Hartford City Mission
Hartford City Mission (HCM) is a Christian community development ministry in the North end of Hartford committed to serving the spiritual, educational, and social needs of the children and youth there. HCM helps children reach their potential through after-school tutoring, Bible study programs, and their summer camp, Camp Noah.
A Better Choice (ABC) Women's Center
The ABC Women's Center is a faith-based pregnancy resource that equips women and men with life-affirming pregnancy, parenting and post-abortive support.
South Park Inn
The South Park Inn assists individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness. They work to provide housing and supportive services while advocating for solutions to homelessness.
FoodCare Ministry
Valley has collected over 50,000 non-perishable food items and distributed them to people in need in Connecticut.
ESL Ministry
Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. in the Library
Valley provides a free and safe space for learners of English as a second language in the Farmington Valley. Weekly, individuals are welcome to practice their English and make new friends.
Youth Challenge
Youth Challenge of Connecticut Inc. operates residential and outreach programs to help young men and women who are adversely affected by substance abuse or dependency. The organization counsels individuals on how to lead drug free, productive, and meaningful lives.
The Underground
The Underground New England strives to end human trafficking in New England. Their approach focuses on awareness, prevention and survivor support.
Prison Ministry
Valley is in the process of re-establishing connections with Connecticut's local prisons to continue our mission of providing inmates with Bibles and introducing them to the transforming love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ.

PRAY
Please consider adding one or all of these prayer requests to your weekly devotions: Please pray that more volunteers are led to serve through our Valley Outreach Partners. Pray for the growing Valley FosterCare Ministry. Lastly, pray for two church plants in the greater New England area, including The Manchester Project and a growing church in Great Barrington.
GIVE
Giving to World and Local Outreach helps fund our Partners in Ministry such as Urban Alliance, Hartford City Mission and many others. Along with your volunteer efforts we are able to impact many neighbors for Christ!
