Important Notes for Ticket-Holders

Top Thing to Know: Arrive early!

Do not be late! For staging purposes, the Sanctuary doors must close just before the performance. As space allows, guests arriving late will be seated in the balcony, regardless of seats purchased. Please allow extra time to ensure you can use your tickets.

Within the seating area you purchased, all seats are first-come, first-served, but the following rules will be enforced:

  • The line for checking in will open two hours before the performance time.
  • There is NO saving of seats. Everyone you wish to be seated with must be present at the time you check in.
  • Doors to the Sanctuary will open one hour before the performance time.

General Reminders

Performances will last about two hours. There is no intermission.

Please bring your printed tickets OR your confirmation email with the bar codes, which will be scanned at check-in. There is no Will Call. Tickets may also be scanned through the TicketTailor App, which you can download. From there you can access your ticket barcode.

There is no use of audio/video recording devices or flash photography during the performance.

If the name on the ticket doesn't match the name of the attendee, that's OK. But every person in your party must have a ticket and be present for you to check in.

There is a reception following each performance -- grab a treat and mingle with some of the cast members!
