We are passionate about helping children come to know and follow Jesus! You will find lots of laughter, fun activities, engaging teaching, age-appropriate worship, and friendships cultivated during each ministry time for kids. All gatherings are led by loving role models who have completed our KidSafe process.
Valley Kids has opportunities for kids in Grade 4 and under, with many activities offered throughout the week!
SPECIAL EVENTS
Easter Jamboree
Families will be on the move and having fun as they trek around the church building for Easter-themed activities: games, inflatables, face-painting, scavenger hunt, puppet show, treats, and more. There will be a surprise around every corner! Come for a few minutes or the entire time. This event is free, however we do require sign-ups, and we encourage families to invite friends and neighbors.
Summer Bible Club
Step through the mist into Rainforest Falls, overflowing with wild waterfalls, towering trees, and colorful creatures. Beneath a canopy of chattering birds and howling monkeys, kids plunge into a lifelong adventure of discovering the nature of God. Explore what it means to be rooted in relationship with God, our creator, a safe place in life’s storms.
When is it: June 22-26, 2026, 9 a.m. to noon.
Who attends: Kids age 4 up to those completing Grade 4.
Cost: $45 per child.

SUNDAY MORNING
Nursery (Infants-Age 2)
Sundays at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Our Nursery Ministry provides a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for your little ones while you enjoy worship or a community with peace of mind.
We offer two age-appropriate room designed to meet the unique needs of each stage.
- Infants & Walkers (Under 2 years old):
Infants and early walkers receive gentle, attentive care in a calm and comforting setting. Caregivers provide loving interaction, prayer and age-appropriate play to help your child feel secure and cared for.
-Two-Year-Olds (Acorns):
Our two-year-old room offers a fun and engaging environment where toddlers can explore, play and begin learning simple Bible truths through songs, stories, and hands-on activities. This space encourages curiosity, social development, and joyful discovery.
All nursery rooms are staffed by trained, background-checked volunteers who are passionate about serving families and creating a sage, welcoming experience for every child.
We consider it a privilege to care for your children and partner with you in building a strong foundation of faith from the very beginning.
Puppets and Praise (Age 3-Kindergarten)
Sundays at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Preschoolers enjoy puppet shows, lessons, crafts, and praise songs. These activities are offered by our fun, loving, trained, and background-checked Children's Ministry Team.
Valley Kids Church (Grades 1-4)
Sundays at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Kids gather together for worship, a creative Bible lesson and prayer. Then, they separate into grade-level groups to learn practical applications of the lesson from our trained and background-checked Children's Ministry Team through creative games, activities, Scripture memorization, and discussion.
RESOURCE ROOMS
Family Room
Available during all church services
The Family Room is a peaceful place with cozy seating, toys, and books for children, as well as two private rooms for nursing mothers. Whether your child is feeling restless and needs a change in environment, or your baby needs to be fed, the Family Room is designed for you. Parents can continue watching the service on our livestream television while attending to their child's needs in this comfortable space. Children with special abilities are welcome in this calming environment.
Friendship Kids
Sundays at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
If inclusion into our Sunday Valley Kids classrooms is not the best fit for your child, Friendship Kids is an alternative learning environment for children with special abilities. Please contact Mary Swank in the Care Office prior to your visit, so that we can prepare to accommodate for your child’s unique needs.
Valley Kids Library
Sundays 10:10-10:40 a.m. and Wednesdays 6-6:30 p.m.
We have a wonderful selection of Christian books, DVDs and CDs for kids of all ages. We also have a section with parenting books to help parents with the spiritual growth of their children. The Valley Kids Library is located in the hallway across from room 109.
KIDS CLUBS
Summer Bible Club
June 22 - 26, 2026
Summer Bible Club is a Valley Kids Outreach to our church families and communities. Kids gather each day to sing songs, do crafts, play games, and most importantly, kids will hear the Gospel. Registration is open for kids 4 years old (must have turned 4 years old by December 31, 2025) through grade 4 (completed 2025-2026 school year).
Valley Kids Boys Club
Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.
September - May
Valley Kids Club is a weekly opportunity for boys in Grades 1-4 to learn from trained, background-checked men about what it means to be a Christian. At club meetings, the boys enjoy a lesson time, play games, do workshop activities, memorize Scripture, and complete service projects. Boys are encouraged to bring friends as often as they would like. Clubs are free, but please register your child using the link below.
Valley Kids Girls Club
Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.
September - May
Valley Kids Club is a weekly opportunity for girls in Grades 1-4 to learn from trained, background-checked women about how to love God and others more each day. At club meetings, the girls sing, create crafts, play games, participate in fun lessons, memorize Scripture, hear from speakers, and make new friends. Girls are encouraged to bring friends as often as they like. Clubs are free, but please register your child using the link below.
FOR KIDS AND PARENTS
Valley Kids Baptism Class
Offered three times a year
This class is available for kids in Grades 3-4 who are interested in baptism. To become baptised, kids must attend both parts of the Valley Kids Baptism Class with a parent. Click below for information about dates, times, and locations.
Parent-Child Dedications
Offered twice a year
In the spring and fall, we invite parents and their children to make Parent-Child Dedications during a worship service. Dedications are a way to publicly declare that you are plan to raise your child in the ways of the Lord -- and receive a commitment of help from your church family. Ready to consider this faith step?
