Camps for Pre-K Through Grade 12

Valley's summer camps are the perfect places for kids and students to have fun, develop friendships, and be encouraged as they explore their developing faith. Each camp is overseen by Valley staff and every adult and teen volunteer must pass our KidSafe screening system, which includes a background check and an interview.

We have five camps this summer! The camps are organized below based on the age/grade of your child in the current 2023-24 school year.

For current Pre-K/Kindergarten Campers

Summer Bible Club: June 24-28 at Valley Community Baptist Church (590 W. Avon Road), 9 a.m.-noon each day. Our "Scuba" theme features fun "underwater" adventures, games, crafts, and more. Cost is $40 if you register by June 1. Go to the Valley Kids page for more details.

For current Grade 1-4 Campers

EPIC Adventure Camp: July 8-12 at The Master's School (36 Westledge Road, West Simsbury), 9 a.m.-4 p.m. each day. This state-licensed full-day camp will be a highlight of your child's summer! EPIC adventures, games, team talks, and friends old and new. Cost is $220. Go to the EPIC Adventure Camp page for more details.

For current Grade 5-6 Campers

Valley Sports Camp: June 24-28 at Avon High School. Drop off and pick-up at Valley Community Baptist Church (590 W. Avon Road). Camp runs from 9 a.m.-noon each day. Join us for some friendly competition! Each day will include participating in various team sports, developing personal fitness, and engaging in athlete-inspired curriculum. Cost: $30. For current Grade 5-8 Campers

EPIC Adventure Camp: July 15-19 at The Master's School (36 Westledge Road, West Simsbury) and several other "adventure" locations in central Connecticut. The camp runs from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. each day. This state-licensed full-day camp will be a highlight of your child's summer! EPIC adventures, games, team talks, and friends old and new. Cost is $260. For incoming Grade 6 to outgoing Grade 12 campers

Worship Arts Intensive: August 12-16 at Valley Community Baptist Church (590 W. Avon Road, Avon). It's back! Our full-week music intensive is for musicians, singers, and audio/visual tech students of all skill levels, from beginner to advanced. More details about this year's specific cohorts coming soon.
