This is an hour-long class, twice weekly, based on nutrition and fitness. The class includes a moderate to challenging workout that requires participants to bring weights and a floor mat. All fitness levels are welcome and the workout can be adjusted accordingly. The exercises will focus on toning while conducting cardio blasts in between. No registration required.
