    VISION STATEMENT

To encourage and engage every follower of Jesus Christ to help children in vulnerable environments by providing financial, material, and/or emotional support by aiding families struggling to provide a safe home for their children, and/or to provide a loving, safe home environment for children in the foster care system where they can learn about and experience the love of Jesus Christ.

    MISSION

Educate others about the foster care system, the needs of families wanting to keep their children out of the system or be reunited with them, the needs of foster families and children in the foster care system, as well as support the DCF workers.

Provide the financial or material resources the State of Connecticut requires for a safe home environment to struggling families so as to prevent their children from entering the foster care system, or for those who have entered the foster care system and reunite them with their families.

Provide help for families, both those within the foster care system, as well as those in danger of having their children removed from the home, by providing practical means such as providing transportation to appointments, child care, meals or emotional support.

To provide opportunities for persons to utilize their existing talents and abilities such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, auto repair, sewing, etc. to meet the needs of foster parents.

To provide emotional support and respite care for foster families.

To provide a safe, loving, temporary or permanent home environment for children in the foster care system.

To provide a home for children by adopting them into a family.
